Unable to install OER

Hi all,

I tried installing Oracle Enterprise Repository 11.1.1.3.0, when I ran the OER111130_generic.jar file I got this error


C:\Documents and Settings\Desktop\OER>java -jar OER111130_generic.jar
Registry key 'Software\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment\CurrentVersion'
has value '1.6', but '1.3' is required.
Error: could not find java.dll
Error: could not find Java 2 Runtime Environment.


Is OER still using java 1.3 or Am I missing something.
