Unable to import shared components

Hi,

I exported one existing LOV from DEV instance and trying to import in TESTING instance.

I am getting below error.

As per my understanding if LOV is already there, it should replace, but now not happening that.

Execution of the statement was unsuccessful. ORA-20001: call=wwv_flow_imp_shared.create_list_of_values, id=164062458773927087, component=TEST_P, sqlerrm=ORA-00001: unique constraint (APEX_240200.WWV_FLOW_LOV_UNIQUE2) violated

Can anyone help me to fix this.
