Unable to fetch patient resources for newly added records in sandbox

Hi Team,

I have successfully registered my application (as provider facing) in the sandbox. Also able to launch it and fetch patient and few other resources on successful authorization.

Recently I have observed there are three new patients that were added to the sandbox, but I am unable to fetch patient or other resources during the launch of my application. I have observed that the description for these different form the existing one, so I am not sure whether they are added for this or do they have different purpose.

Below is the screenshot which highlights the patient that I am unable to fetch during my application launch.
