Unable to fetch document from WebCenter Content : Imaging via CURL

I am trying to download a document from the WebCenter Content server (stored in pdf format) via CURL. This is the command that I am using is:

curl http://weblogic:weblogic1@10.180.6.103:16000/imaging/faces/Pages/Viewer.jspx? -d "IdcService=GET_FILE&dID=2.IPM_2970772"

This is the response that I am getting:

I am using WebCenter Content server version 12c: 12.2.1.3.0

If I open the URL directly in a browser, it asks me for the username and password, after which it opens the document successfully.

Can someone please suggest the possible root cause of this issue.
