Unable to Enbale the Supplemental Logging

I need to enable the supplemental logging for huge database. We can’t enable the supplemental logging due to active and busy database server. How can we enable the supplemental logging for this scenario? We don’t stop the application and down the database. Is there any workaround for this?

Please help me for this.
