Dear all
we have a new server with Windows Server 2016 and Oracle Database 12.2.0.1_SE2 installed on it. We have a schema which we can't drop. We receive the message:
ORA-00604: Fehler auf rekursiver SQL-Ebene 2
ORA-01422: Exakter Abruf gibt mehr als die angeforderte Zeilenzahl zurück
00604. 00000 - "error occurred at recursive SQL level %s"
*Cause: An error occurred while processing a recursive SQL statement
(a statement applying to internal dictionary tables).
*Action: If the situation described in the next error on the stack
can be corrected, do so; otherwise contact Oracle Support.
Herstellercode 604
In the alert log i see that entry:
Warning: VKTM detected a forward time drift.
In the trace file i have that information:

I did all kind of googling and found that article:

Does anyone know why this is happening? The server is a domain member server with the correct time. It has 16GB RAM and is running as a VM.
Many thanks for your help.
Best regards,
Marc
