Unable to Drop a Package.

All,
I'm having issue with Package dropping in 11g database via TOAD.There is no issue if I drop the package before debugging(before getting green bug symbol on package) it in TOAD. But It's not allowing or taking more time to drop the packages(green bug symbol on the object) after debugging it.I do not know what can be issue with debugger or TOAD.

Please advice me on it.

Db version:Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0 - 64bit Production
PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.2.0 - Production
CORE 11.2.0.2.0 Production
TNS for Solaris: Version 11.2.0.2.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.2.0 - Production

TOAD version:10.6.1.3
