Unable to download zip utility and unzip utility

Hi,

I am trying to install agent software on windows 2008 R2 64 bit using agent AgentPull.bat script as per meta link note:1918878.1 . It was giving below error on windows server:

'zip' is not recognized as an internal or external command

I have install winzip software in windows machine but still facing issue.

Even tried for downloading zip utility from below link:

https://updates.oracle.com/unzips/unzips.html
