Unable to download SmartView from Workspace.

I am not able to download the SmartView from the Workspace. If I select Tools => Download => SmartView from Workspace , getting blank internet explorer. I am using IE 7 browser and have verified the security settings as follows.
1. Workspace and blank page is part of trusted site in Browser.
2. Automatic prompting for file downloads and File download options are set to Enable.
Hyperion EPM 11.1.1.3 workspace and HSS are installed on Windows 2003R2 (32 bit).
Please help to resolve the isssue.
