Unable to download oracle sql developer

Hi,

I'm having problems downloading the oracle sql developer application from the site. It get's to 1.8m and then just stops. I don't believe it's my internet connection as I'm able to download files from other websites with no problems.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, or is this a problem Oracle themselves are aware of? Any help offered would be appreciated! Really could do with this app.
