Unable to download Migration Workbench, NY

Starting at http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/index.html
I select âOracle Migration Workbenchâ and get to the page http://www.oracle.com/webapps/dialogue/dlgpage.jsp?p_ext=Y&p_dlg_id=2448937&src=2290409&Act=4
which has the "Oracle Migration Workbench Download" title or sign.
The page tells it's a free download, has my name, and asks (a must) to complete a survey.
When I click on survey button, it can not find the page, and goes to http://www.oracle.com/errors/500.html
