I m trying to do Federation with my ADFS for that i have to download Oracle Cloud metadata with self sign certificate any idea what wrong it with , i already has the “OracleIdentityCloudService”
see the image which i have take from other tenancy where they don't have the “OracleIdentityCloudService” enable and they are able to downloads metadata with Self-Sign Certificate and able to do federation .
any lead /hint ?
