When trying to download a relatively large project (zipped = 18mb, unzipped = 30mb), the following "Waiting for Hub..." dialog goes on an infinite loop. I have left this to run for the past 2 hours and my colleague has left it for 4 hours and to no avail. This happens both when downloading the entire project (fresh) and also Download Changes on a local existing project.
Our only option to access the latest is to manually download the version from the Hub Repository but this does not allow us to 'connect' it to the online version which does not let us download/upload changes.
And after about 15 minutes of waiting, the following window pops out:
Regardless of whether I click Yes or No, this does not resolve the issue and the endless loop continues.
I also notice that OPM is definitely trying to do something (but is failing somewhere) as it is continuously trying to download the project:

I have been experiencing this problem on and off over the past 2 months which started as a mild inconvenience and is now a complete road block for us as we are currently in UAT and this is making it impossible for me and some team members to fix defects. This is very urgent right now - Any quick fixes available?
