Unable to download JUST the J2EE 1.4 SDK.

I was trying to download the J2EE 1.4 SDK but I see that it is available only as bundled with Sun App Server or NetBeans and no individual download available. Is there a way to download just the API?

I tried to download the J2EE 1.3 SDK since the above one was not available. But I saw that Sun didn't provide any links to the SDK download and I could only see the samples, final specifications and so on.

I dont understand why Sun is not allowing J2EE SDK alone? I dont need netbeans or sun app server or bundled configurations. I just need the J2EE SDK package (1.4 or 1.3).
