Unable to download Java?

I am attempting to download java to run a few applications on my computer, as it seems it isn't currently installed for some reason. However when I follow the download I get this error:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://sdlc-esd-stage.oracle.com/ESD6/JSCDL/jdk/8u101-b13/JavaSetup8u101.exe?" on this server.

Any idea what is going on here, google doesn't seem to have an answer.
