unable to download developer suite 10g for linux

Hi,

I'm attempting to download the latest Oracle Developer Suite 10g for linux but am getting a broken a link for the page below.

http://download.oracle.com/otn/linux/ias/101202/as_linux_x86_ids_101202_disk1.cpio

I'm entering my details correctly and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. Have tried IE and Firefox. Am able to download other software from the same site.

Any help would be appreciated.
