Unable to download anything from OTN

Few days back while downloading a Beta version of ODP .Net from OTN site inadvertently I pressed the "I Do Not Accept" button instead of "I Accept" button. Thereafter, I am getting the message :
"Sorry ! In order to download products from Oracle Technology Network, you must agree to the OTN license terms.
Go Back and agree to the OTN license terms.

How do I get rid of this message & download material from the site? I am able to login without prob. to OTN site with IE 6.0.
