Unable to do case insensitive search using dashboard prompt.

Hi friends,
I've a dashboard prompt set up for last name and first name.
But I'm not able to do search if the last name is entered in lowercase.

The data is in uppercase in database.

How to solve the problem??
I checked the nqsconfig file and there CASE_SENSITIVE_CHARACTER_COMPARISON = OFF ;


P.S. In first name and lastname column the dashboard prompt is with "Begins With" operator
