Unable to display Image on BIP report saved as blob in database

Previously We were working in oracle 11g forms and reports, we were displaying Company's Logo (blob image in database) and there was report in report builder to show as image.

Now we are planning to convert our reports into OBIEE 12c (BIP --- XDO), When try to show blob data on BIP report then instead of Image raw data is displaying (we are not using any word template etc.).
