Unable to Display Arabic Characters

Dear All,

Current Set Up:

OS : windows 2003 EE Server, SP1, 32 bit, Support Multi Languages Enabled
DB : Oracle 10.2.0.1
DB CHAR SET : AL32UTF8
NATIONAL CHAR SET : UTF8
NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.AL32UTF8
ACP VALUE : 1252
OEMCP VALUE : 437
FONT - CHARACTER MAP : ARIAL, ARIAL UNICODE MS, MS SANS SERIF
Application : LOTUS DOMINO SERVER / CLIENT 6.5.6
Web Browser : I.E. 6
Oracle Tool : ISQLPLUS

Problem :

I am able to display the arabic characters with the above set up in the isqlplus applications through web browser. when i try to display the same through web browser using lotus domino application it is displaying junk characters.
i don't know how to overcome this issue now.
is any other modification have to be caried out in the applicaiton please kindly let me know.
