Unable to delete RMAN backup job created from OEM

Verson: 11gR2

After created new backup job in OEM, try to delete the old job, but can't.
From Oracle Enterprise Manager -> Availability -> Schedule Backup -> Backup Jobs, the old job listed as "1 Scheduled" under "Status (Executions)".

Also tried mgmt_jobs.stop_all_executions('JOBNAME','SYS') and mgmt_jobs.delete_job('JOBNAME','SYS'), got ORA-20414.

Any help and suggestion would be appreciated.
