Hello there everyone,
I have managed to stop all of the services and deleted services from Services following this https://mkyong.com/oracle/how-to-uninstall-oracle-database-19c-on-windows/
Since I have installed the main Oracle DB into the C:\, the file I want to delete is C:\Oracle\Thinkpad\admin\orcl\xdb_wallet.
1) I have tried to take ownership of this file, but this does not solve the problem as I have got the right to delete it already - not working.
2) I have tried this in Safe Mode - not working.
2) I cannot delete even if I am an administrator
3) How do I delete this Personal Exchange Information File? What user I should use to delete it?
Please help!
