Unable to Create Webservice Client and Proxy in Jdeveloper 12.2.1.4

Hi,
I am facing the below error while generating webservice client and proxy in Jdeveloper 12.2.1.4
oracle.jdeveloper.webservices.model.WebServiceException: ":" is not a valid proxy format. The format is [user[:password]@]proxyHost:proxyPort

Kindly suggest.
