Unable to create remedy tickets from Oracle Grid Control failed

Hi,
I was configured Remedy Connector on Oracle Grid Control and registered AutoClose template.
but it not creating the Tickets..showing below error message..
2009-12-22 17:48:47,582 [Thread-46] ERROR svc.TTCServiceImpl createTicketFlow.204 - Creating ticket failed. Error occured while calling Web Service:

Please help me on some one....
