Unable to create a new application in EPBCS

Hi all,

After removing the application in EPBCS, we are not able to create a new one and getting the error below "An error occurred while creating the application". We also tried to reset and create it through EPM Automate but no luck so far. Has anyone ever faced with the same issue? Any opinion?
