Unable to connect using ODT connection

Christian, I'm banging my head against the wall on this one.

I am able to connect thru VS.Net with a Microsoft ORACLE connection (see the attached "MS Good Connection.JPG" file).

I then try to connect to the exact same database within VS.Net using the ORACLE connection and it fails with the attached file (odt connection error.JPG).

The following attached files are my current settings in the .ora files (tnsnames.ora, listener.ora)

What possibly am I doing wrong? The DBA here doesn't know since I'm the one trying to implement the ODT and use the ODP.Net data provider provided by ORACLE instead of the MS ORACLE provider.
