Unable to connect to the internet to check for updates

Hello,

I saw a thread with same subject back sometime. However, the answer is not what I want.

I just installed JDeveloper 11g 11.1.1.0.2 yesterday and want to install ADE and JUnit plugins but got error:

Unable to connect to the internet to check for updates

If you are behind a firewall or use a proxy to access web pages, check your proxy setting s below and click OK to retry.

I knew I can download the plugins manually. However, I do prefer to fix this connection issue to avoid trouble to do it manually.
