Unable to connect to the content server

Hi,
I am having trouble accessing the content server. I have the following services that are currently running on my machine. I think I am missing something, but not sure which one.

1. Apache web server
2. Oracle XE
3. Stellent Content Server (under Services from the Control panel).

I am also able to access the following links.

http://localhost:8889 (SSPU) and http://localhost:8887.

When I launch the site studio designer, I get the error that the system is unable to access the site http://localhost/idc/idcplg. Could you help me out.
