Unable to connect to sftp server with provided details from SQL Developer

Hi,

I'm trying to deploy my cart from SQL Developer to the SFTP server. I always get the error Unable to connect to sftp server with provided details. I've already reset my password for the SFTP user several times and I've also tried with port 2222 as suggested in some threads.
I'm using a trial version of the Oracle Cloud Database Service.
