Unable to connect to oracle apex admin after Oracle Database Express Edicion (XE) 11.2 instalation o

Hi All!

I've tried everything, but I can not work with the oracle apex localhost admin.(http://127.0.0.1:9090/apex/f?p=4950).

I've used the default port (8080), have changed for the port (9090) but nothing happens. I've done the configuration in the listener.ora and nothing. What might be happening? Automatic installation should not have worked? Somebody help me, please.
