Unable to connect to OEM

Hi there,

We are running Oracle 11g R1, last week we were having problems connecting to OEM, so we dropped and created the repository, though the repository appears to have been created successfully we can't connect to it via the url. I have run the following the following commands

emctl status agent - returns agent is running and ready
emctl status dbconsole - returns Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g is running

Anbody have any ideas as to what is going on?
