Unable to Connect to Database using ODBC connection..

Hi there,
I'm not much familiar about Oracle Database.
I i'm able to connecet to One of the database using TOAD. But when I create the ODBC conncetion to connecet to the same database I'm getting the following error:

Unable to Connect:
SQLSTATE = 08004
[Oracle][ODBC][Ora] Ora-12154 : TNS Could not resolve the connect identifier specified.

I'd appreciate your help.
