Unable to Connect to Database from an applet by using Oracle Thin Driver

Sir,

i am Unable to Connect to Database from an applet by using Oracle Thin Driver. When i use the programme in Nebean IDE then it connect To Database and there is no problem. after this i create a JAR file and use this Jar file in Web Application and Acess the Applet in Browser. Applet run in browser properly but did not connect to Database. Please Suggest the solution. How i connect to database through Applet directly to database server.

i am using Thin Driver.(Classes12.jar)
