Dear, I just created an instance of CentOS 8, but I cannot connect to it. The putty client echoes: network error: Software caused connection abort. I am sure that the IP and the ppk file of the instance is correctly set in putty client. I tried to connect to the Serial Console Using Cloud Shell according to the guide of https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/Compute/References/serialconsole.htm#:~:text=bare%20metal%20instances-,Using%20Cloud%20Shell%20to%20Connect%20to%20the%20Serial%20Console,-You%20can%20connect The connection succeeds. But the Cloud Shell windows prompts a login. I really don't know the login account & password. Need your help. Best regards!
