Unable to connect to a database
I am having Oracle 7.3 Running on HP-UX, My need is to connect it through oracle network. I have another installation of Personal oracle in a Win 98 PC.
I can able to connect from Hp machine to Win PC.
I am unable to connect from pc to HP, and I recive the following error

I am using the command sqlplus scott/tiger@finance
I had switched on the trace on listerner.ora , for your reference I am giving the trace details. My setup is working well in other TCP/IP network.
