Hi Team,
I have installed Oracle Database 12c in a remote server.
I can ping remote server from client , but unable to connect database through sql developer.
What are the steps I have to follow for connecting the Oracle Database server from client machine.
Is there any service need to start in remote server.
I am using windows os in remote and client machine.
