Unable to Configure the Clarkii Online Image Editor

I have Created a Clarkii OIE Instance and Enabled it for image filed (FSII_ImageFile in Media Attributes)

but when i open any image in edit form then it is not opening on Image Editor.I have chacked the xml code,flash is installed.
