Unable to compile pkb files in sqldeveloper 21.3

Hi there,

strange behaviour this morning.

when I try to compile a pkb file in sqldev Version 23.1.0.097, it freeze and I have to use windows task manager to kill the process.

When compiling via Sqlcl Version 23.1 it works fine

Has anyone had this type of problem before ?
And a solution for that ?
