Unable to commit to UCM from webcenter capture

Abhinav DeshmukhOct 2 2013 — edited Oct 3 2013

Hi

I am using the lastest release of webcenter content 11.1.1.8. I am using webcenter capture for scanning and indexing the document and want to commit documents to Webcenter content. I have created client profile for scanning and indexing and the commit profile to commit the document to webcenter content. However, when I am releasing the document from webcenter capture the status of the batch changes to UNLOCKED, unable to commit. I have configured post processing to 'commit processor' and all the mappings were properly done in commit profile.
