UNABLE TO CHANGE HIRE DATE IN FUSION HCM

Hi Support Team,

Actually user want to update the hire date to 23/07/2018.But in application hire date is 24/07/2018 and this employee was terminated on 24/07/2018. User want to change it to 23/07/2018 instead of 24/07/2018.I will appreciate your prompt response with resolution.
