unable to change database password in TOAD 8.6.

Hello,

I use TOAD 8.6, ORACLE Database 11g 11.2.0.4.0. I have been trying to change my database password in TOAD>Tools>Change Password, I keep experiencing error - "Current password do not match". I am not sure why I am unable to change my password. Would this be an access issue or something else?

I need to change my password in one of the database because I will be linking theses database in my query and Oracle DB link requires the username and password match between these databases.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
