Unable to call the exchage rates.

Here we are tring to get the Exchage rate values into other unused pov, for this i wrote the rule file like below but if i do calculation for this system thoughs error Invalid destination.
Pls have look on belo and suggest me on same

I want to pull the exchange rate into some spceified cell .
