Unable to bring up a Java server

I tried to bring up Tomcat and get the following error messages:

[2010-02-11 11:10:57] [174  javajni.c] [error] The specified module could not be found.
[2010-02-11 11:10:57] [994  prunsrv.c] [error] Failed creating java C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\client\jvm.dll
[2010-02-11 11:10:57] [1269 prunsrv.c] [error] ServiceStart returned 1

I recently had a register clean up. I don't know whether this error is related or not. Do I need to reinstall Java 6 run time environment to solve this problem.
