Unable to audit the transaction and request details in DRM

Hi Everyone,

I need to audit the request details and transactions details in DRM 11.1.2.3.500. but while trying to do it, its showing an message at the bottom "Requests available in the worklist are not recorded". and no data is displaying. Would you please help me to sort out this issue.
