Unable to apply condition on aggregation function within RTF template

Dear All,

I'm currently facing an issue applying condition that control the aggregation function within the XML.

I have already done the following, but none of attempts have been successful.

<?if:CATGORY='E'?>

<?COUNT(EMPLOYEE_NUMBER)?>

<?end-if?>

<?COUNT(EMPLOYEE_NUMBER[CATGORY='E'])?>

<?COUNT(G_2/EMPLOYEE_NUMBER/[CATGORY='E'])?>
