Unable to access planning url - EPBCS

Hi Team,

Am new to cloud, am not able to access planning url but via dashboard its working.

Planning url - https://planning.pbcs.us6.oraclecloud.com/HyperionPlanning

Problem am facing here is access to smartview, i have to use planning url to connect to smartview but it is taking me to one identity manager where am not able to login,
