Unable to access patients

Tejasvi PamganamamulaOct 30 2024 — edited Oct 30 2024

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SEE THE PATIENTS IN CERNER THAT WE ARE 'GETTING' VIA API

We are using the API URL: CERNER_API_URL="https://fhir-ehr-code.cerner.com/r4/ec2458f2-1e24-41c8-b71b-0e701af7583d/"

When we run the api to get appointments for a location - we are able to see all the appointments in Postman but the same appointments are not visible on AppointmentBook / PowerChart (domain: CERNER_ABCN)

We aren't sure if our API is accessing a different domain than what we have access to.

In conclusion, *WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SEE THE PATIENTS IN CERNER THAT WE ARE 'GETTING' VIA API".

Workflow or API calls:

Reminder: If this is referring to a client domain or EHR activity—not the public sandbox—do not include API request data or live patient data.
