Unable to Access Oracle Account Due to Lost 2FA and No Backup Code

Hello Oracle Support and Community,

I hope you're doing well. I'm currently unable to log into my Oracle account because I've lost access to my 2FA device and, unfortunately, I do not have a backup or bypass code available.

My registered admin email is still active and associated with the account. I'm looking for guidance on how to proceed with verifying my identity and regaining access—ideally by resetting or disabling 2FA temporarily.

Any help or direction to the correct support channel would be greatly appreciated.
