Unable to access OCI Platform

Hi Guys, I have lost access to my oracle cloud account, OCI console. I no longer control the email associated with the account and therefore unable to do a password reset. I wish to terminate the account, rather than leave it dangling.

I have root access to the vm's currently running in the account, which should make the case for the account to be terminated / suspended?

I have the tennant ID.
