Unable to access hard drive or usb drive in Oracle Linux 7

Just_UDJun 19 2019 — edited Jun 19 2019

Anyone has experienced error with Oracle Linux 7 where it cannot access usb drive? The error message was : An operation is already pending.

I read in other forum for Centos and someone replied : "Your label has funny characters in it. Try changing the label to contain only alphameric characters." However my usb drive didn't have any weird character, just D1.

If I formatted the drive then I can use it but if I unplugged and plugged the drive again, after use it to copy file in other linux distro (such as Ubuntu) or windows, then that error reappeared.
